By accessing and using this site you accept these terms and conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Service description

Sports Viu offers sports clubs an app that lets their players record and share the best points of their matches. Each club's specific terms are set out in its proposal and contract.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

  • Submit false information through the forms.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Sports Viu systems or data.
  • Send offensive content, spam or malicious software.

Quote requests

The information you submit through the quote form is used to prepare a tailored proposal. Submitting a request creates no obligation to contract for either party. Prices and terms are those stated in the formal proposal.

Intellectual property

The Sports Viu brand, logo, text, designs and software belong to Sports Viu or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Recorded content

Highlights are created from recordings players make with their own devices. Each club and each player is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from the people who appear in the videos before publishing them.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. Sports Viu does not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors and is not liable for damages arising from its use, except where the law does not allow such exclusion.

Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, social networks or app stores. Sports Viu is not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the one in force.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
