01Data controller

Sports Viu (“Sports Viu”), with its address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and other applicable rules.

02Personal data we collect

For the purposes of this notice we may collect the following data, which you provide directly through our forms, WhatsApp or email:

• Identification and contact data: name, role, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Club data: name, country, state, city, club type, number of locations and courts, ranges of players or members and usage data.
• Club location: the address and geographic coordinates you set on the map or share from your device with your permission.
• Invoicing data, if you request an invoice: RFC, legal name, tax regime, tax postal code and CFDI use.
• Subscription data: package, billing period, subscription status and payment history. Your card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; Sports Viu never receives or stores them.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

Sports Viu does not collect sensitive personal data through this site.

03Purposes of processing

Primary purposes, necessary for the relationship you request:

• Respond to your contact and quote requests.
• Prepare and send you a commercial proposal for your club.
• Manage your package sign-up: club registration, service activation at your courts, onboarding and support.
• Process your subscription's payments and recurring charges, and notify you of declined charges.
• Issue and send you tax invoices (CFDI) when you request them.
• Use your club's location to coordinate activation, onboarding and on-site visits.
• Schedule demos and follow up on your sign-up.
• Comply with legal, tax and contractual obligations.

Secondary purposes, not necessary but helpful to serve you better:

• Send you Sports Viu news, content and marketing information.
• Run satisfaction surveys and statistical analysis.

If you don't want your data used for secondary purposes, email privacidad@sportsviu.com. Opting out will not affect the services you request.

04Transfers and processors

Sports Viu does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as provided by law.

To provide the service, your data is processed by providers acting as processors on behalf of Sports Viu and under confidentiality obligations:

• Stripe Payments México and its affiliates, for card payment processing, subscription management and the customer portal.
• The site's hosting and database providers.
• Email delivery providers.
• OpenStreetMap (Nominatim), which receives the address search text and coordinates to show the map and locate your club.
• Web analytics providers, where applicable.

Some of these providers may process data outside Mexico, with protection measures equivalent to those in this notice.

05ARCO rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it when you believe it is no longer needed, and object to its use for specific purposes (ARCO rights).

To exercise them, send a request to privacidad@sportsviu.com including:

• Your name and a way to contact you.
• A document proving your identity or, where applicable, that of your representative.
• A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.

We will respond within 20 business days of receiving your request.

06Withdrawing consent and limiting use

You can withdraw your consent or limit the use and disclosure of your data by emailing privacidad@sportsviu.com. In some cases a legal obligation may prevent us from acting on your request immediately; if so, we'll let you know.

This site uses cookies and local storage to remember your language, save your progress on forms and, where enabled, measure site usage. See our cookie policy to learn how to disable them.

08Changes to this notice

This notice may change due to legal updates or changes to our services. Any change will be posted on this page with its update date.
